Eight years ago, Claudette Busuttil established Orlando Premium Properties, while working as a Realtor ® for another firm in Celebration, Fl. Claudette and her husband John had lived and traveled extensively through Europe and the Middle East. She’s fluent in French, Italian and Turkish. They fell in love with the quaint town of Celebration while on vacation. This charming town was the brainchild of Walt Disney, and his intention was to build a self-sufficient town where people could live and work in peace and harmony, co-existing with nature. Southwest of Orlando and 30 minutes from the Orlando International Airport, people from all over the world call Celebration home. Developed by The Celebration Company in the early 1990’s, the total investment for the project was budgeted at $2.5 Billion and the first residents moved into their beautiful homes in 1997. Thanks to the caring and thriving community, Celebration has a strong heartbeat and it’s felt throughout all the Villages: North Village, South Village, West Village and Lake Evalyn, East Village, Artisan Park, Aquila Reserve, Roseville Corner and lastly Celebration Village, which encompasses the waterfront pier and The Celebration Hotel, now called The Bohemian Hotel.

Orlando Premium Properties focuses mainly on Residential Sales, serving both buyers and sellers alike. Claudette is currently a Broker Associate with RE/MAX MARKETPLACE. She obtained her Broker’s license 3 years ago in order to better understand the Real Estate Market and to better serve her customers. The office of RE/MAX MARKETPLACE is located on one of the busiest streets in town, Celebration Ave. Claudette has earned three impressive real estate designations, ABR GRI SFR, and she believes that continuing education, great communication skills, experience and professional ethics is what it takes to be a great Realtor®. Claudette is extremely well read and well versed when it comes to the intricacies of the Celebration Real Estate Market.

She previews homes in Celebration and Orlando in order to obtain a pulse on the condition of the local market. When she’s not on floor duty, she’s touring Celebration with buyers, viewing properties and describing what each village has to offer.
