The Columbia Restaurant, founded in 1905, is the oldest restaurant in the state of Florida. This historic family owned and operated restaurant was founded in Ybor City by Casimiro Hernandez Sr. in 1905 and is owned and operated by members of the founding family. What a great dinner we had last evening at Columbia! Wow the Mojitos and hot Cuban bread were better than I remembered! My wife had the usual 1905 Salad and yes we did sample multiple deserts including the white chocolate bread pudding!
