Recently opened in November 2009, the Very difficult Rock Cafe in accommodation in puerto banus was extended awaited and ex pats had been buzzing with news that such a hip restaurant was coming to town. TGIs was the nearest competitor and lack lustre staff there, overpriced menus plus a tired interior meant that the Tough Rock Cafe had a quite good probability of being a hit.I went towards the Tough Rock Cafe mid November and was impressed with the waitresses on the door. They spoke fluent English and Spanish, asked if we wished to become seated inside a non smoking area and asked how aged the youngsters were so they could establish how several childrens’ menus that we would will need. The childrens’ menus are for ten year olds and below but they gave a single to my son who was thirteen so this age isn’t fixed. The decor is very hip.Comfy brown booths or tables to sit in with pillars hung with guitars signed by rockstars in glass cases. A lengthy black bar is at the end in the Challenging Rock Cafe serving incredible cocktails priced at 7.50-8.50 euros. It sounds a great deal but they are big and there’s a separate cocktail menu as the variety is huge. The selection of non alchololic cocktails is really modest.We ordered the burgers that start off from 9 euros. I ordered mine good accomplished as in Spain medium often signifies “see the blood.” Nonetheless here properly performed meant slightly charred so I would go for medium following time. A tiny but tasty portion of chips, rather soft searching salad but this meal is all about the burgers. They may be significant and excellent top quality. My eight year aged was so complete following her puerto banus weekends that she skipped the dessert.Inside of the Hard Rock Cafe you also have the Very difficult Rock Cafe shop that sells t-shirts, keyrings and teddy bears. My daughter purchased a groovy beanie baby having a jacket, mohican hair design, earring and Very difficult Rock Cafe logo for 16 euros. Expensive. The t-shirts are all around 27 euros. Mainly aimed at adults you’ll find a few styles for children.The service was beneficial, but we went around 6.30pm so the restaurant was very quiet. I thought the selling price on the meal for puerto banus beach club was superb, and the large screens playing music videos was a good touch. A very good night out along with a welcome addition towards wealth of restaurants currently in Puerto Banus.
