The Columbia Restaurant, founded in 1905, is the oldest restaurant in the state of Florida. This historic family owned and operated restaurant was founded in Ybor City by Casimiro Hernandez Sr. in 1905 and is owned and operated by members of the founding family. The Columbia Restaurant offers its guests authentic cuisine fused with flavors that warrant it authentically Cuban.
