Write a letter to yourself at the start of your weight loss attempt listing your real feelings for wanting to lose the weight. Every time you feel your motivation slipping you can read this letter again.

 

- Always make sure that you are grateful for any weight you have lost so that you never take it for granted. If you are grateful for what you have then you are unlikely to backtrack.

 

Remember that the goal is to change your life and that temporary fixes are not the best choice.
